Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Cosyhex has no sign-up, email, or password. Choose a name at the table and play.

Can I play without internet?

Solo games work offline in the installed mobile app. The web version also works offline after its files have been cached. Online rooms need a connection.

How do friends join my room?

Choose Multiplayer, create a room, and share the six-letter code. Friends can enter it at cosyhex.com from any modern phone, tablet, or browser.

Where are saved games kept?

Solo saves stay on your device. For an online game, the host downloads and keeps the save file. Cosy Studio does not store game saves on its servers.

How do app refunds work?

Apple or Google handles payment and refunds for a store purchase. Email us if the game is not working, and use the purchase history in the store where you bought it for a refund request.

The illustrated How to play guide covers setup, trading, building, charms, The Gathering, and Doom Bot Mayhem.
